Noise Monitoring/Survey



a) To identify areas and machinery that emits excessive noise level.
b) To evaluate and document employee exposure to noise as required under Regulation 9 of the Factories and Machinery (Noise Exposure) Regulations 1989.


a) To identify the type of noise in the identified workplace.
b) To identify and classify workers according to their work or work area.
c) To conduct personnel noise exposure using noise dosimeter.
d) To identify and measure the noise level of the noise source using sound level meter.
e) To map the working area into different noise zone using sound level meter.
